Attention All Car and Bike Show Participants
- After your submission is approved you will be sent a payment link via email.
- Instructions and vehicle parking will be sent before event.
- Stonecrest Fest will be held on Saturday, October 1st date was changed OCTOBER 8th, 2022 (Due to Hurrican Ian rain effects on Georgia) at 8020 Mall Parkway, Stonecrest, GA 30038. The Car & Bike Show is from 11am to 3pm. No vehicle will be able to enter 9am but not after 10:30am for Pedestrian safety.

WAIVER I understand that StoneCrest Fest, or any of its affiliates are not responsible in any way for the loss or damage to any vehicle or injury to my person or any person in my party. No alcohol, drugs, or pets allowed on premises.
ADVERTISING RELEASE In consideration of this entry, Participant, spouse and guests agree to permit StoneCrest Fest the use of their names and pictures, and pictures of their vehicles for publicity, advertising and commercial purposes (including newspaper, magazine, radio, television and video tape) before, during and after the event, and give permission to publish said photographs.
Participant agrees to indemnify StoneCrest Fest, Inc., NonStop Entertainment USA, Kourouma Kingdom from and against any injury, illness, property damage, or loss of any nature suffered or sustained by the Participant, which is, in any way associated with or related to Participant’s presence on the Property, participation in the event, and travel to and from event. Participant further agrees to indemnify, save and hold StoneCrest Fest and or its affiliates harmless as a result of any claims or damages arising from Participant’s presence on the Property or participation in the event, regardless of the nature or extent of the injuries, illness, or damage. Participant further agrees to abide by all event rules and regulations.
